I'm Phil Morefield, a home inspector with a background in electrical engineering spanning over 12 years. After launching Inspector Gadget and running it successfully for five years, a knee injury led me to explore real estate for a couple of years. I worked as an Agent for a local real estate firm for 2 years. Helping customers buy and sell real estate. This give me an unique perspective for this industry, as I have seen and been on both sides as an Inspector and Agent. Ultimately, my passion for helping people through home inspections brought me back to restart my business. I feel more impactful on this side! I’m happily married to my wife, Lauren, we’re proud parents to four wonderful kids!
